City of OR ONO RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL NO. 1859 , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: 1. That the City Council of the City of Orono, pursuant to the foregoing f i -idings and in accordan ::e with Minnesota Statutes Sections 463.15 to 463.261 hereby orders the owner (s) of the property to raze and remove the structure on the property. The Council further orders that all personal property or fixtures that may unreasonably interfere with the razing be removed within twenty (20) flays of the service of this order or the City of Orono may remove and sell such personal property or fixtures at. a public auction in accordance with the law. 2. The City Council of the City of Orono further orders that unless this; corrective action is taken or an answer is served upon the City of Orono and f i led in the Of f ice of the Clerk of District Caurt of Hennepin County, Minnesota, within twenty (20 ) days from the date of the service of this order, a motion for summary enforcement of this order will be made at District Court of Hennepin County. 3. That the City Council of the City of Orono further orders that if the City is compelled to take corrective action herei, all necessary costs expended by the City will be assessed against t.1e real estate concerned and collected in accordance with Minresota Statute, Section 463.22. 4. That the City Council of the City of Orono hereby authorizes and directs the Mayor, City Clerk, City Attorney, and other officers and employees of the City to take suci, action, prepare, sign and serve such papers as are necessary to comply .with this Order and to assess the cost thereof against the real estate described above for collection along with ta:ces.
