The 60-day review <br />period will end on July 20, 2025. <br />3.Background: <br />On behalf of the property owner, the applicant requests an average lakeshore setback variance to <br />reconstruct the existing lakeside deck with a slightly modified footprint resulting in expansions <br />within the setback. They propose to reconfigure the existing layout to make it more functional. A <br />portion of the existing deck will be removed.
