� o.�,. <br /> � <br /> � o , o <br /> '� C ITY of ORONO <br /> � <br /> � - ;-. � <br /> ti <br /> ti <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> . ��`�k'Esi3�g'�G � NO. 5► � � <br /> CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br /> Based upon one or more ofthe fitidings noted above,the Orono City Council hereby grants <br /> a conditional usepemut perMunicipal Zoning Code Section 78-303,Subdivision(17)to allowplumbing <br /> including a toilet,bathroom sink and shower to be retained in the existing accessorystructure,perthe site <br /> plan and building floorplans attached to this Resolution as Exhibit B and as annotatedby City staff,subject <br /> to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The applicants shall,prior to this resolution taking full effect and within 90 days of the date <br /> of tlus resolution,remove the following existing ldtchen fixtures aud facilities from the structure in <br /> question: - <br /> - cooktop (no oven exists) <br /> -refrigerator <br /> -water supply plumbing to the kitchen sink(sink basin and stand may remain in place <br /> � without water supply plumbing; waste phimbing does not have to be removed) <br /> 2. The applicants by executing this resolution agree and covenant that the property will be <br /> bound by the following conditions: <br /> A) Kitchen fixtures including refrigerator,stove/range/cooktop,and water supply to the kitchen <br /> sink,shall not be reinstalled or installed in the accessory structure unless specific approval <br /> to do so is granted by the City Council,and installation of such fixtures in the future without <br /> Council approval shall be considered a violation of the conditions of this resolution; <br /> B) The accessory building will not be used for a home occupation unless specifically <br /> approved by City or if allowed by City code; <br /> C) The accessory building will not be used as a dwelling unless a guest house CUP is <br /> obtained (site is not large enough to qualify); and <br /> D) � The accessory building will not be rented, leased or otherwise provided for use as a <br /> dwelling under any circumstances. <br /> • <br /> � � Page 3 of 6 <br />
