Master Plan Executive Summary, documenting the master planning process, supporting <br />graphics and cost estimate (pdf format) <br />Preliminary Schedule <br />a. 12/23/24 — Proposal Approval <br />b. 2/1/23- 4/31/23 - Conceptual Plans <br />c. 5/6/25 — Draft Master Plan provide to Parks Commission <br />d. 8/5/25 — Master Plan approved by Parks Commission <br />e. 9/8/25 — Master Plan approved by City Council <br />Fee Estimate <br />Based on the scope of services described above, we propose a total not -to -exceed fee of $10,600 to be <br />billed on an hourly basis. <br />We look forward to collaborating with Orono to develop this Master Plan.
