It is our understanding that the master plan is intended to allow for near and <br />long-term improvements to be considered for the site for continued enjoyment by residents. The <br />associated cost estimate will be used to identify priorities and funding sources to be planned and <br />implemented as part of the City's capital improvement plan. <br />Proposed Scope of Services <br />To assist the city with this project, Bolton & Menk proposes the following scope of services: <br />Master Plan Development............................................................................ $7,100 <br />• Create a site analysis graphic for the park <br />• Create 2-3 conceptual plans for review with City Staff/Parks Commission <br />• Consolidate any previous work and planning efforts for the park in the conceptual plans <br />• Meet with Staff /Park Committee to review conceptual plans <br />• 1-2 in -person public engagements <br />• Create a preferred master plan concept based on input from City/Community <br />Plan Deliverables: <br />a. Site analysis graphic <br />b. 2-3 conceptual plans with preliminary cost estimate <br />c. Preferred master plan (rendered, scalable 22"04") <br />Master Plan Executive Summary.................................................................. $3,500 <br />• Develop an executive summary and compile master planning material into a pdf <br />documenting the master planning process for the park.
