Design....................................................................................................................... $46,500 <br />Bolton & Menk will advance the approved master plan concept through 60% design development, 100% <br />construction drawings and project specifications. Our team will also recommend phasing of project <br />construction to allow for flexibility during implementation. Tasks associated with Design will include: <br />• Design Development plans (60%): $19,000 <br />• Construction Drawings (100%): $22,000 <br />• Construction Specifications: $5,500 <br />Elements for design to be developed during this task include the following: <br />1. Multi -Use Field <br />• 180' x 300' natural grass field <br />• 12' tall chain link fencing along east and west sides of field <br />2. Softball/Tee-Ball Field <br />• Natural grass field <br />• Dugouts and spectator bleachers <br />3. Sidewalks <br />• Concrete or bituminous walks of a minimum of 6' in width will connect the parking lot, <br />park shelter, existing basketball court, existing playground, softball/tee-ball dugouts and <br />bleacher pads and park entrance from Hackberry Hill <br />4. Bituminous Parking Lot <br />• Approximately 60 standard parking stalls and 3 ADA stalls <br />• Drop-off area near park shelter <br />5. Stormwater Pond <br />• To be situated in southeast corner of the site <br />• Basin will receive roadway runoff from Willow Drive N and will be sized appropriately to <br />treat stormwater <br />• Part of this effort will review winter management practices to determine appropriate <br />locations for snow pile storage as well as an evaluation of meltwater that may contain <br />salt and debris that could be detrimental to the longevity of the stormwater basin. <br />6. Shelter/Restroom Building <br />• Centrally located to house restrooms, a drinking fountain and community gathering <br />space <br />• ADA accessible <br />7. Landscape Plan <br />• Resilient tree plan to supplement and replace current trees located within the park <br />• Shrub/perennial beds at key locations in the park <br />• Construction disturbance restoration plan <br />8. Irrigation Plan <br />• Develop irrigation plans and details for the two playing fields (multi -use field and <br />softball/tee-ball field) <br />9. Electrical Plan <br />• Electrical plans and details showing lighting for the shelter, parking lot lights, GFCI <br />outlets at key locations and electrical to field scoreboards.
