County Road 6 Trail Resurfacing. <br />The scope of work for this project is to resurface portions of the asphalt trail. <br />4. Cost: <br />a. Hackberry Park Design. Bolton and Menk has provided a not to exceed proposal of $87,200. <br />b. Antoine Park Master Plan. Bolton and Menk has provided a not to exceed proposal of <br />$10,600. <br />c. County Road 6 Trail Pavement Improvement. Bolton and Menk provided a not to exceed <br />proposal of $6,980. <br />Funding: <br />These project are funded by the Parks fund. All were included in the Parks CIP for 2025. <br />The Hackberry Park project, once it reaches the construction phase, will also require funding from <br />the Stormwater Fund, Pavement Fund and grants. <br />6. Staff Recommendation: <br />I recommend moving forward with these park efforts. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Move to direct staff to commence work on the 2025 Parks projects: Hackberry Park Design, Antoine <br />Park Master Plan and CR6 Trail Resurfacing.
