3.03 Public Meetings. <br />Pre -meeting preparation and post -meeting follow up for City Council regular meetings <br />and work sessions is a core service the administration team provides. The team <br />coordinated nearly 50 meetings for Council members alone, which averages about one <br />per week. <br />Public meeting streaming services are now provided by Swagit and the implementation <br />of this project nearly complete. This service has now been available for one year and <br />includes live streaming of public meetings and transcription so that residents can <br />conveniently observe the meetings on their home computer or mobile device. <br />Public meeting agenda packets are now developed in a Granicus product called Peak and the implementation of this <br />project is complete.
