Minutes <br />City Council Regular Meeting <br />Tuesday, May 27, 2025, 6:00 PM <br />City Council Chambers 2780 Kelley Parkway, Orono, MN 55356 <br />12. 2026 Street Improvement Project Planning and Engineering Project (Project #26-001) <br />The City Council is requested to review the Staff report, receive a presentation, and discuss and approve <br />the design work for 2026 street improvements. Bolton and Menk had provided a scope of services and <br />design fee estimate not to exceed $129,000 for the roadway portion of the project or $184,000 for the <br />roadway and trail. <br />The Council discussed the item and asked questions of staff. <br />Benson moved, Schwingler seconded, to direct the City Engineer to move forward with the <br />planning and design of the 2026 street improvement project and accept the Bolton and Menk <br />proposal for design.
