Only one bid <br />was submitted for the project. This was due to limited contractor availability to complete the work during <br />the 2025 construction season as well as the project providing a multitude of sanitary sewer rehabilitation <br />techniques that many of the sewer lining contractors cannot complete without bringing in and managing <br />multiple subcontractors under one contract. <br />As such, the bid results are listed below: <br />Contractor Bid <br />Hydro-Klean $261,339.76 <br />The engineer's estimate, which was determined prior to the bid opening, was $268,150.00. Although we <br />only received one bid for the recommended improvements, Hydro-Klean has the experience and ability to <br />complete this project successfully within the constraints of the project.
