They had previously offered their support to Stubb's Bay (I have asked them to <br />rescind their support - still waiting on response). LMCD had planned to provide their support <br />to Harrison's Bay that night but after hearing my presentation they decided to withhold their <br />support. <br />I have attached 3 documents, please read to the end, as there is much to unpack here. I have a <br />far more extensive document I will send tomorrow regarding LMA history and financials <br />along with resident liability concerns. I'm asking that today's email and tomorrows both be <br />part of the June 9th public record (and all attachments). LMCD is carefully deliberating this <br />issue, I ask that our city council please consider all the facts before "signing off' on this, as it <br />may set a new precedent. <br />Thanks <br />Jim <br />296 <br />
