CITY <br />APPROVAL. <br />The <br />Orono City Council has granted approval for such <br />Second Amendment <br />after meeting <br />with <br />the Applicant at a regularly scheduled meeting on <br />September 12, 2011. <br />to read: <br />0 <br />4. AMENDMENT. Subparagraph 20E of the Development Agreement is amended <br />E. The Developer will remove the portion of. the existing building that is on <br />Lot 1, Block 2 promptly after Orono Industrial Boulevard is built, but no <br />later than August 31, 2020.
