DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT. The City and the Developer entered into a <br />Development Agreement for CRYSTAL BAY BUSINESS CENPum dated December 5, 2007, recorded <br />December 27, 2007, with the Office of the Registrar of Titles for Hennepin County, Minnesota <br />as Document Nos. 9079458 and 4457476 ("Development Agreement"). <br />2. REQUESTED. <br />AMENDMENT. The Developer has requested an amendment to <br />the Development Agreement to extend the date for removal of the existing metal building that is <br />on Lot 1, Block 2.
