From our conversation I understand that proper permits have <br />not been obtained for the construction of the existing screen porch <br />and you are currently trying to resolve this problem. <br />Because the "Haverberg property" is now for sale I am <br />extremely interested and concerned about any improvements a new <br />owner might make because of the relatively small amount of <br />livable floor space. <br />I am asking that this letter be placed in your files concerning <br />the "Haverberg property" so that any additional construction can <br />be closely monitored to see that proper variances are adhered to. <br />Because permits have not yet been issued for the screen porch I <br />ask that a restriction be placed on the permit when it is finally <br />issued, so that no additional improvements can be made to develope <br />the porch further. <br />I thank you for the time <br />better knowing that efforts to <br />pursued. <br />DLS/cls <br />you spent talking to me.
