The installer of the <br />system shall be certified by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, and <br />shall be knowledgeable of these standards* All materials, equipment, and <br />installation shall be in accordance with these standards. Except where <br />specifically spelled out in this specification, the installer has the latitude <br />of choice of materials, techniques, equipment and final construction <br />configuration as long as they conform to the above standards. <br />'YSTF.2f COMPOYE2'TS t <br />The sewage treatment system shall consist of the following; <br />- Two septic tanks in series.
