Site plan. <br />The proposed site plan, including location, spacing and basic design of proposed buildings, street and parking <br />plans, water and sewer (public or private) plans, and plans of open space available for park or recreational <br />purposes shall be submitted for approval by the planning commission and the council. <br />(Code 1984, § 10.32(6)) <br />Sec. 78-607. Hearings. <br />The council may direct that a public hearing be held to review plans governed by this division. <br />(Code 1984, § 10.32(7)) <br />Sec. 78-608. Final approval. <br />Final approval of plans governed by this division shall not be granted until all conditions set by the council are <br />met, and, further, the council shall not approve any such planned residential development prior to the legally <br />binding establishment of the open space dedication, ownership and maintenance provisions, such provisions to be <br />guaranteed by bonding or other means satisfactory to the council. <br />(Code 1984, § 10.32(8)) <br />Sec. 78-609.
