Plai�of the City. <br /> CONCLUSTONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br /> Based upon one or more of tlze above findings, the Orono City Council hereby <br /> �ants a variance to Orono Municipal Zoning Code Section 78-330 Subdivision B to <br /> allow side setbacks of 9.3' for the detached gara�e and 4.3' for the existing home in order <br /> to reorient the rooflines iii conjunction with a partial secoiid story additioii, a variance to : <br /> Orono Muiucipal Zoning Code Section 78-1288 Subdivision A to allow a second story to <br /> Ue consh-ucted over the exisfing home within 75' of the OHWL and hardcover xemovals, <br /> subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. Council approval is based on the site pla.n submitted by the applicants and <br /> aiuiotated by City staff, attached to this Resolutioiz as ExhiUit A. Any <br /> . ainendments to the site plan which are not in conformity with City codes will <br /> require fiu-ther Plamiing Conimission and City Council review. <br /> 2. Hardcover in the 0-75' zone shall not increase above the level of 12.6%. <br /> Hardcover in the 75-250' zone sllall be liinited to 4,820 s.f. or 33% .per the <br /> � proposed plan and hardcover allowance summary as depicted on Exhibit A. <br /> Applicants are advised that a.ny future requests to increase hardcover or change <br /> the nature of existing/approved hardcover shall require City approval, and <br /> increases iil hardcover will not likely be approved without concurrent reduction in <br /> existing hardcover. <br /> 3. Applicants shall reinove all plastic or fabric liner inaterial from the decorative <br /> landscape beds on the property to ensure their penneability as non-hardcover <br /> surfaces. <br /> 4.
