The Plaiming Conunission reviewed tliis application at a public hearing � <br /> ' held on Noveinber 15, 2004 and recornmended approval of the side <br /> ' setback variances based on the following findings: • <br /> a. The applicants'.property has 22,215 s.f. or %z acre in area and 90' of <br /> width at the sllore and 95' of width at the 75' setback. <br /> �, U. The applicants are proposing to reorient the rooflines; iio additioiial <br /> liviiig space is proposed within the substandard setbacics. • <br /> d.
