Therefore, the 120-day preliminary plat review period will end on August 26, 2025. <br />3.Background: <br />In March 2025, the Council reviewed the subdivision request and granted preliminary plat <br />approval to create one new buildable lot. The applicant prepared a final plat drawing which has <br />been granted preliminary approval by Hennepin County, submitted the required development fees, <br />and has completed all other requirements.
