The berm and plantings for parlcing lot screening as required Uy Resolution No. 4845 aloilg <br /> i the northerly and northeasterly periineters of the easterly parking lot sllall Ue installed�io later <br /> � � than June 30, 2005. <br /> � <br /> � 2. The conditions of Resolutions No.4845, 4993, 5059 and 5084 shall remain in effect except <br /> • 1 as rnodified by this Resolution. ; <br /> � 3. The lighting plan is approved per the site and lightin�plans�attached liereto as Exhibit B,and <br /> ' any fiirther revisions to these plans nlay require fiirther City review and approval. <br /> ! <br /> � 4. Tlle applicant is advised that the lighting plan herein approved is considered by the City to be <br /> i the maximuin extent of lighting that will be approved for the easterly parking lot. <br /> i5. Authorities granted by the conditional use pennit ruli with the property not with the <br /> � applicant. <br /> � <br /> + 6. Violation of or non-compliance with any of the terms and conditions of the conditional use <br /> � pernlit approval shall constitute a violation of tl�e zoning code,shall automatically tenninate <br /> any authority granted herein, and shall be puiushable as a misdemeanor. <br /> 7.
