This application was revie�ved as Zoiiing File#04-3063. <br /> 2. The propei-ty is located in the(I)I�idusi�ial District. <br /> � 3. The Oroiio Plaruling ConnZZission reviewed this application on October 20,2004 and <br />• ' on a vote of 7 to 0, reconzmended approval of extension of the timeframe for <br /> applicant to nleet the coilditions of approval of Resolutions No. 4845, 4993, 5059 <br /> aizd 5084 to December 31, 2005; and after fiuther review of the application at a <br /> continued puUlic hearing on NovemUer 3,2004 recoinmended approval oii a vote of <br /> 6-0 for an anzendinent of the existing CUP to allow for revisions to the approved <br /> ; lighting plan for the easterly parlcing lot, finding that the proposed lighting plan to <br /> . increase from four 25-foot poles each with double-1000 Watt downcast shoe-box <br /> style fixtures,to twelve such poles,will liave no si�nificant iinpacts on neighboring <br /> ; properties, and findiiig that such lighting is appxopriate for the uses approved for the <br /> , property. <br /> i 4. The City Council finds that the proposed increase in lighting under the proposed plan <br /> will have minimal impacts on surrouiiding properties and is necessaiy to support the <br /> uses approved for this site while being designed in a maiuler that will nzinimize direct <br /> lighting spillover to sunounding properties. <br /> ', 5. Tl�e City Cotmcil fiilds that the basis for an extension of the effective period of <br /> Resolutions No. 4845, 4993 and 5059 as presented by the applicant is a unique <br /> circuinstance which supports the granting of the extensiou. <br /> � 6. The City Couiicil has coizsidered this application inchidin�the findings and <br /> recoininendations of the Planning Coinmission,reports by staff and comments of the <br /> ; applicant and the effect of the proposed use on the health,safety, and welfare of the <br /> community. <br /> • � <br /> Page 2 of 6 <br /> � <br />
