A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USB PERMIT PER MUNICIPAL <br />ZONING CODE SECTION 10.20, SUBD. 3(H) - File No. 1334 <br />WHEPEAS, Sidney Rebers and Barbara Rebers, husband and <br />wife and Rebers Construction Co. (hereinafter -the applicant-) is <br />the owner of the property located within the City of Orono <br />(hereinafter -the City-) and legally d ribed as follows: <br />copy from <br />plat <br />(hereinafter -property-), and <br />WHEREAS, the Rebers Construction Co. has applied to the <br />City for a Conditional Use Permit for a Planned Residential <br />Development pursuant to Municipal Zoning Code Section 10.20, <br />Subdivision 3(H). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of <br />Orono, Minnesota: <br />Findings <br />1. The application was reviewed as Zoning File No. 1334 <br />2. The property is located in the R-IA Zoning District. <br />3. On September 19, 1988 and October 17, 1988 the Orono <br />Planning Commission reviewed the application as proposed and <br />recommended approval.
