The city, through its engineer, shall provide for <br />ccmpetent inspection of all Plan B Improvements consistent with <br />standard City policies and practices for public improvement <br />projects. <br />The City Engineer will prepare as-built drawings with <br />service and valve ties consistent with standard City policies and <br />practices# and will provide up to six (6) copies of same to the <br />Subdivider if so requested. <br />D. Construction of Pjan B IiimrovMenta. <br />(1) Completion Date. Plan B Improvements <br />are scheduled for completion as shown on Exhibit E# however, <br />Subdivider agrees that the City will not be liable for failure to <br />complete the Plan B Improvements by that date. <br /><2) Approval of Contractors. The City shall <br />have the sole ight to approve or reject contractors for <br />construction of Plan B Improvements. <br />(3) Pre-Construction Conference. Prior to any <br />work on Plan B Improvements within the Subdivision, the City <br />Engineer, and City*s Contractor will meet with the Subdivider and <br />Subdivider's engineer to review the proposed work schedule <br /><4) CfiQStiUCtiont construction, <br />installation, and materials for Plan B Improvements within the <br />Subdivision shall be in accordance with the plans ^nd <br />specifications prepared by the City Engineer. <br />-11-
