Construction plans and kv .^oval Thereof. <br />The City -if^?^ngage^he duly appointed City Engineer <br />to prepare detailed plans and specifications for the complete <br />installation of all Plan B Improvements, including preparation of <br />estimates, special contract provisions, preparation of proposal <br />forms and designation and description of all necessary temporary <br />and permanent easements. Such plans and specifications shall be <br />coordinated with Subdivider*s engineer for proper placement of <br />driveway curb cuts and individual building utility services. <br />Approval of said plans shall rest solely with the City. <br />-10-
