A "home <br />occupation" is a use which is incidental and secondary to the <br />principal use of the Lot for residential purposes and does not <br />change the character thereof including, but not limited to, office <br />and studio uses, weaving, dressmaking and such other uses which by <br />custom Are considered accessory to a dwelling. Ko sign advertising <br />a home occupation shall be displayed on any Lot or elsewhere on the <br />Properties.^ <br />Section 7. Clotheslines. No clothes, sheets, blankets or <br />laundry of any kind or other articles shall be hung out or exposed <br />in any part of the Common Area or on any Lot. <br />Section 8. Signs. No sign of any kind shall be displayed to <br />the public view on any Lot or on the Common Area; except that on <br />each Lot the Owner may display one sign of not more than fi/e (5) <br />square feet advertising the Lot for sale, and exr#>tt that Declarant <br />may erect and maintain upon the Properties such additional signs <br />Properties until theas it deems appropriate to advertise the <br />Declarant ownsy^less than three (3) lots. <br />Section_i.
