and the terms and conditions as set forth in Exhibit D attached <br />hereto. <br /><1) Storm sewers including all necessary <br />culverts, catch basins, ponds, inlets, channel improvements, and <br />other appurtenances (hereinafter called "Storm Sewer Improvements"); <br />(2) Sanitary sewer trunks, laterals or <br />extensions, including all necessary building services to the <br />property line and other appurtenances (hereinafter called "Sanitary <br />Sewer Improvements"); <br />(3) Water main laterals or extensions, <br />including all necessary building services to the property line, <br />hydrants, valves and other appurtenances (hereinafter called "Water <br />Main Improvements"); <br />(4) Standard street name signs at all newly <br />opened intersections and such other traffic control signs within <br />the Subdivision to be installed only by the City (hereinafter <br />called "Traffic Signing Improvements"); <br />B. General Tcrmap and Conditions for Ordering Public <br />Improvement: project. <br />(1) Subdivider*s Obliaationa. The City and <br />Subdivider hereby agree that the City will not consider <br />construction or installation of the Plan B Improvements as a public <br />project unless it receives the following legal and financial <br />assurances from the Subdivider: <br />(a) Subdivider shall petition for said <br />improvements by executing this agreement. <br />-7-
