Brent Weldon <br />City of Orono <br />2025 City of Orono Crack seal <br />2750 Kelly Parkway <br />Long Lake, MN 55356 <br />ESTIMATE DATE: 2/26/2025 <br />https://mpasphalt.net <br />Crack sealing ($12,950) <br />Crack sealing Roads on provided list does not include chip <br />seal crack seal only. <br />Crack sealing Singular cracks that are 1/4 inch - 1.5" and not in alligatored areas will be <br />routed. chip sealed roads will not be routed. with a mechanical routing machine 3/4 by 3/4 <br />and thoroughly cleaned of all foreign matter with backpack or push power blower . The <br />cracks will be properly sealed using the state-of-the-art, oil-jacketed crack sealing system <br />with a rubberized hot pour material. In the oil-jacketed system the material is hydraulically <br />agitated, then pressure fed through an oil-jacketed pump and injected under pressure <br />directly into the crack at the optimum temperature to prevent decomposition of the material <br />and to maximize adhesion. Not all cracks will be filled Cracks wider than 1.5" will not be <br />filled Cracks less than an 1/8" will not be filled. Any Cracks shorter than 4ft long will not be <br />filled. spider cracks will not be filled. Crack that have been previous filled will not be <br />routed. Cracks previous sealed and broke open with vegetation growing from them will be <br />sealed over. its not MP asphalt maintenance responsibility to remove vegetation from <br />previously seal cracks. <br />Total Bid: $12,950 <br />Effective October 1st of every year if a Seal coat job is completed on or after October 1st there <br />will be no warranty CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Specification sheets, drawings and other <br />documentation presented in this proposal shall be part of the contract. It is the <br />responsibility of the customer’s authorized representative to be aware of the terms and <br />conditions stated herein and of the other contract documentation. <br />PAYMENT TERMS: NET BALANCE DUE 15 DAYS AFTER COMPLETION OF WORK. Unpaid <br />balances will accrue a late fee of 10% per week until paid in full. In the event of your failure <br />to conform to the terms and conditions of this agreement, you hereby agree to pay MP <br />Asphalt Maintenance LLC all the sums earned to date. All major credit cards are accepted <br />Residential Driveways Payment terms: Driveways will be paid upon completion of the job if not a <br />$25 dollar charge will be added to the total cost per day. <br />DEPOSIT: If the contracted amount exceeds $15,000.00, a deposit of 1/3 of the project price is <br />required to schedule work unless noted otherwise in this agreement. <br />PERMITS AND FEES: Owner is responsible for obtaining and paying for any required PERMITS, <br />BONDS, and LICENSES, or plans required to obtain the aforementioned. <br />WORK ACCESSIBILITY: The price quoted herein is contingent upon the work area being free of <br />42
