During the next two months, Jo Ellen will be involved <br />with a State Commissioner tour on the 2nd and 4th Mondays. We <br />will work to have any issues handled either in written form or <br />through Gene Strommen or myself. <br />One of the issues of concern recently has been the St. - ^ ban's <br />Bay Marina. While an LMCD committee had recommended appr . it <br />was defeated at the Board level.
