It is <br />anticipated, however, that this may become an issue later this <br />fall and may be a prelude to any renegotiation. <br />rnnNTY road 116 - It is our understanding that the County is <br />pgoceedgvMr 116 with no indication from the City of Medi"« <br />that they do not want it. As such the County has completed their <br />preliminary design plans and would like each of the cities to <br />review the plans within their respective communities. <br />anticipated following a meeting of Public Works <br />City Engineer with the County on Tuesday, June 27th that an <br />informational meeting for abutting property owners will be <br />established sometime in July or August. <br />WATERFOWL RELOCATION - At the Council's April 24, 1989, ^meeting <br />Council agreed to"allow the relocation of geese from the Pheasant <br />Lawn area (West LafayettS Road) by Dr. <br />associated with the University. It is our understanding that <br />this relocation will take place within the next few weeks. <br />SHORELAND REGULATIONS - It is our understanding that these <br />regulations will be transmitted to the City within the next <br />at which point the City will have an opportunity to <br />comment.
