0 <br />8. The proposed garage is an accessory building which <br />would exceed 1,000 square feet of floor and would therefore <br />be in violation of Section 31.330 of the Zoning Code. <br />9. The proposed expansion would constitute more than <br />50 percent of the fair market value of the structure and <br />therefore is prohibited by Section 31.102 of the Zoning Code. <br />The foregoing resolution represents the findings of fact and <br />action adopted by the council on April 22, 1975 by a vote of <br />three ayes and 0 nayes. <br />Attest: <br />alter R.
