A number of neighboring property owners <br />were present to comment on the proposal. Their comments were not heard due <br />to the absence of the applicant, however, this item was rescheduled for <br />review at the Planning Commission meeting on Monday, October 17, 1988. <br />That meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. Please advise City staff at 473-7357 if <br />you or your representative cannot attend that meeting. <br />Applicant's next scheduled meeting is confirmed as: <br />Planning Commission October 17, 1988; meeting starts at 7:00p.m. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission <br />minutes, they are available from the City Recorder after review and <br />approval by the Planning Commission. <br />We are still awaiting receipt of the topographic survey for this <br />property. Please submit same no later than October 7, 1988.
