Bast <br />on the area, the proposal meets the 2-acre lot standar <br />the wetland based on the redesignated wetland area. <br />Dennis Kumlin was present for this matter and stated Y <br />had no problem with the redesignated wetland area. <br />No one was present from the public regarding this matte <br />and the public hearing was closed. <br />It was moved by Goetten, seconded by Chairman Kelley, t <br />recommend approval per staff recommendation and subject <br />to the new septic design being submitted prior to tf <br />August 11, 1986 Council meeting.
