The FeiLjlkorns were denied after-the-fact approval to keep
the pool and spa built in the 0-75* setback zone. They have
removed those structures and are in the process of restoring
the property.
2. The current request is a lot line rearrangement to add
approximately 2,422 square feet to the Feibelkorn property,
so that the storage shed and trash container screen area
will be within the Feibelkorn property. The proposed lot
line will leave the required 10’ side setback for this
structure. Note that this s ucture was less than 12C
square feet in area and did nou require a building permit,
but is required to meet the zoning setbacks.
3.
