No structure shall be constructed, erected or placed <br />upon or above the Affected Lands except for those atructures <br />in existence on the date of this indenture, or structures <br />which replace the existing atructures, or those new stru .urea <br />shown as Exhibits A, B, and C attached for which the City <br />Council on June 29, 1978, granted a conditional use permit. <br />In addition to any other redmedy the Grantee may have, the <br />covenants and restrictions herein may be enforced by <br />;njunction. <br />The provisions of this restrictive covenant shall run <br />with the land and shall extend to and bind the heirs, successors, <br />representatives, grantees or assigns of the respective parties <br />hereto.
