It <br />was noted that there was no one representing property <br />owners present to hear this particular proposal. <br />Mayor Van Nest and the. individual Councilmembers <br />voiced concerns with increased traffic and parkinq <br />problems, and also future expansion that might <br />overwhelm the area in the ensuing years if this <br />proposed addition is approved. The property consists of seven separate <br />parcels under common ownership surrounded by platted <br />undeveloped public roads.
