Chief Kilbo*s Memo/Police Supervisor <br />Implementation <br />INTRODUCTION - When the recommendation for t^'e appointment of the <br />second lieutenant was made, it was ir.:F.^ated that a third <br />posiiton would be sought. The rationale for such was presented <br />at the April 24, 1989 Council meeting. At that time it was <br />indicated that the implementation of the third position would be <br />presented at a subsequent Council meeting. <br />DISCUSSION - Attachment A represents an outline of the <br />alternatTves regarding implementation together with his <br />recommendation and basis for such. <br />RECOMMENDATION- It is recommended that the Council accept the <br />Chief's information regarding the implementation plan for a third <br />police supervisor. <br />PROPOSED MOTION - Moved by __, seconded by , the Orono Council <br />accepts the information from the PolTce regarding his <br />implementation plan for the thir*’ supervisor.
