The low bidder was Albrecht Excavcatlcn, Inc. with a total base bid <br />of $181,640.65. A total of six (6) bids were received. All bids have been <br />reviewed and computer checked. The connection charge will be levied against future units <br />to be connected to the system. <br />The City is proposing to finance Part II with funds received from MUCC for <br />eliminating a lift station and revenue from sewer rates. The MVCC has agreed <br />to provide approximately $41,000 to the City of Orono if the lift station is <br />eliminated.
