4. Non-roofed accessory structures such as tennis <br />courtSf private swimming pools, and paddocks, which <br />exceed 1,040 square feet in area shall r»ot be located <br />in any required yard as defined foi each zoning <br />district. <br />SBCTIOH 2. Chapter 10 of the Municipal Code of Orono is further <br />amended by adding Section 10.03, Subdivision 14 (C) as follows: <br />C. Lot Coverage. In all zoning districts, for all lots of <br />0-1.99 acre in total area, the total combined footprint <br />areas of all principal and accessory structures shall not <br />exceed 15% of the lot area. Sheds and other small buildings <br />less than 120 square feet footprint area shall not be <br />included in calculation of total accessory structure foot <br />print areas. <br />SBCTIOH 3. Adoption and Publication.
