ORDINANCS NO.SECOND SERIES <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN LAND USE REGULATIONS <br />WITH THE ADDITION OF PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) <br />The following is the official summary of Ordinance No- <br />, Second Series approved by the City Council of the City of <br />Orono on April 24, 1989: <br />The City of Orono Land Use Regulations are amended to <br />include: <br />Section 10.40 Definition only <br />Section 10.45 B-6 Highway Commercial District <br />Section 10.52 Special Requirements Highway 12 Corridor <br />Section 10.53 Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />A printed copy of the ordinance is available for inspection by <br />any person at the office of the City Clerk during regular office <br />hours. <br />This ordinance becomes effective the week of May 15, 1989. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono on this 8th day <br />of May, 1989, by a vote of _ _ ayes and _ _ nays. <br />James R.
