o <br />A RBSOLOTION ORDERING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />AND AUTHORIZING TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS <br />FOR TRUNK HIGHWAY 12 SANITARY SEWER <br />AND WATBRNAIN IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS# the City Engineer has prepared the preliminary <br />plans for construction of municipal sanitary sewer and water <br />lines in the Highway 12 area in Orono. <br />NOW# THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono Council <br />does hereby direct the City Engineer to prepare plans and <br />specifications and to advertise for bids for sanitary sewer and <br />municipal water lines and appertainances for that area on Highway <br />12 from Brown Road North to Old Crystal Bay Road in the City of <br />Orono . <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono# <br />Minnesota at a regular meeting held April 24# 1989. <br />ATTEST: <br />Dorothy M.
