Gaffron, Asst Planning & Zoning Administrator <br />Date:October 21, 1988 <br />Subject: #990 Ward Ferrell, 3405 Watertown Road - Variance - <br />Request to Table <br />Mr. Ferrell called this morning and told me that he had just <br />received word from his doctor on some tests, indicating that he will <br />have to be hospitalized and will be laid up for the next 3 weeks. He <br />requested that his application be tabled until he is back on his feet. <br />We would anticipate that that would be some time in late November, <br />perhaps even December or January. <br />Please keep your packet with memo and exhibits for #990 that was <br />delivered on October 20, 1988 since this is a bulky item and we would <br />like to avoid copying it again. <br />Proposed Motion - Moved by seconded by to table application <br />#990 Ward Ferrell, 3411 Watertown Road until applicant notifies the <br />City that he can be present for a specific Council meeting date.
