At <br />the November 21st meeting, discussion arose regarding the need for <br />guardrails because the existing grade to lakeside of the retaining wall <br />would be greater than 30". The Planning Commission advised the residents <br />to review and decide on the two options presented by the City Engineer and <br />to make a final determination regarding the type of guardrails to be <br />installed.
