Zoning File #1302 <br />April 20, 1989 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />The four affected property owners have been advised to file a separate <br />single comprehensive application to cover the restoration of the lakeshore <br />yards once the road repair is completed. A representative of the group has <br />filed a conditional use permit/variance application for the May 15, 1989 <br />meeting of the Planning Commission. <br />The Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of the <br />City of Orono's application for the repair of portions of Crystal Bay Road <br />damaged in the storm of July 1987. The enclosed resolution has been <br />drafted per the findings and conditions of the Planning Commission's <br />approval recommendation.
