Sporting goods store. <br />26. Tailor shops. <br />27. Temporary sales such as Christmas tree <br />28. Travel bureau. <br />29. Variety store. <br />30. Wearing apparel store, shoe store. <br />B. Municipal Buildings. Municipal buildings where <br />the use conducted is customarily considered to be an office use. <br />Subd. 4. Conditional Uses. Within the "B-1" Retail <br />Sales Business District no structure or land shall be used for one <br />of the following uses except by conditional use permit: <br />A. Garages. For the servicing and repair of <br />automobiles provided repair functions are totally enclosed in a <br />building. <br />B. Motor Fuel Stations. Subject to the provisions <br />set forth in Section 10.61, Subdivision 18. <br />C. Restaurants (Class I). Food is served to <br />customer and consumed by him while seated at a counter or table and <br />the restaurant does not serve intoxicating liquor or provide live <br />entertainment. Food is selected by a customer while going through <br />a line and taken to a table for consumption. <br />D. Restaurants (Class II). Fast Food, Convenience, <br />Drive-in, and Liquor Store Restaurants. A restaurant where a <br />majority of customers order and are served their food at a counter <br />ill packages prepared to leave the premises to be consumed; or a <br />drive-in where most customers consume their food in an automobile <br />regardless of how it is served, or restaurants which serve <br />intoxicating liquor O” have live entertainment. <br />E. Off-Street Parking. Off-street parking when the <br />principal site of the off-street parking abuts on a lot which is <br />another "B" or "I" District and is in the same ownership as the <br />land in the "B" or "I" District and subject to those conditions as <br />set forth in Section 10.61, Subdivision 4 and such other conditions <br />as found necessary by the Council. <br />F. Public Services.
