Applicant is hereby advised that if at a future time a conditional use permit is applied for to permit the construction of seasonal cabins (handicapped accessible) and if these cabins are to include bathrooms and kitchen areas, that the City will require septic Vtest information for the installation of a joint collector system. Such collector system will require a permit review by the PCA. Applicant is hereby advised that all cabin construction will be subject to the controls set forth in Section 10.31, Subdivision 11, Building Construction Standards, of the Orono Zoning Code.
