Issue 2, Adoption of the Zoning Amendments - Some of the Council <br />are aware further proposals are being developed in the Highway 12 <br />area and by having this adopted as an available means to <br />undertake development of the parcels that the Comprehensive Plan <br />indicates various uses but which are currently zoned 2 acre rural <br />residential it would allow certain proponents to move forward <br />with their consideration. In one of these proposals Cliff Otten <br />has come forward under the B-1 zoning for consideration of his <br />lawn and garden store on a portion of a large property between <br />Brown Road and Willow. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Areas of draft change. <br />A. Add additional changes. <br />B. Delete areas of change. <br />C. Propose alternative language to that suggested in <br />Attachment A. <br />2. Adoption of the Amendments <br />A. Adopt as presented plus proposed amendments. <br />B. Adopt with other modifications. <br />C. Give conceptual approval. <br />D.
