Outline propose changes to date from the draft originally <br />presented. <br />2. Determination as to whether Council wants to adopt Higway 12 <br />special requirements. Planned Development and/or B-6 Zoning. <br />INTRODUCTION - At the Council's February 27, 1989 Council tabled <br />the issue pending further discussion of the matter with <br />individual CounciImembers. In addition the City Attorney has had <br />an opportunity to review the document and discuss it with John <br />Shardlow, the Planner, who 1 .id prepared it for the City. <br />DISCUSSION - <br />Proposed Highway 12 Special Requirements B~6 and Planned <br />Development Ordinance - The following represent areas where <br />proposed languages contained in Attachment B for language changes <br />to the initial draft (these have not been reviewed by the City <br />Attorney or consultant planner.) These include the following <br />areas: <br />Special Requirements <br />- Limiting any development that desires modifications <br />to available conventional zoning standards to <br />utilize a planned development approach. <br />B-6 <br />- Clarification on which drive-thru business are <br />allowed. <br />Planned Development <br />- Limiting its use to Highway 12 corridor <br />- Clarifying - reference of conventional zoning <br />district which are the basis of the planned <br />development. (An additional issue related to this <br />is specific identifications as to the <br />"underlyingVoriginal districts with which this can <br />be used.)
