Since the <br />wetland parcel to be split off and combined with Blanch's northerly parcel <br />is not buildable, there are no concerns regarding u ilities or other <br />encroachments. This lot line rearrangement merely reco. firms the City's <br />previous approval of this division. <br />Staff Recommendation - <br />Staff recommends approval of the lot line rearrangement application as <br />proposed.
