Tha Citv may’ raquesw additional infomation <br />from the applicant concerning operational <br />factors or*retain expert testimony at the <br />expense of the applicant concerning <br />operational factors. <br />6, _ The Council may hold a public hearing after <br />the receipt of the report and recommendations <br />from the Plamning Commission. If tha Planning <br />Commission fails to make a report within sixty <br />(60)' days after receipt of the application, <br />then' the City Council may proceed without the <br />report. The Council may approve tha concept <br />pl2in and attach such conditions as it deems <br />‘ reasonaUsle. Approvail shall require a <br />four-fifths (4/5) vote of the entire Council. <br />Development Stage: Following general concept <br />approval, if given, the applicant shall submit the <br />development stage application and final plat.^ The <br />aoplication shall proceed and the acted upon in <br />accordance with Section 10._.F for zoning district <br />changes.
