Schedule: <br />1.Developer meats with the Zoning Administrator <br />to discuss the proposed developments. <br />2.The applicant shall file the =°n<=ePt ftage <br />apoliStion and preliminary plat, together <br />with all supporting data. <br />3.Within thirty (30) days after verification by <br />ISnSg Administrator <br />plan and support^g data <br />Planning Commission shall hold a publi <br />hearing. <br />4.The Pl2mning Commission shall conduct <br />5 /tn\ davs prior to the hearing and <br />owners of land within three hundred fif^ feet <br />(350') of the boundary of the property ii» <br />question.
